Maflow Polska consitutes a part of an international group Maflow, which owns its plants In Europe, Asia, North, Central and South America and it started its activity in Poland  on 27 June 1998 in Tychy. Initially the company functioned under the name of Manuli Auto Polska and since 2006 it has been functioning under the name of Maflow Polska Sp. z o.o.. In 2003 the second production plant started its activity in Chełmek and in 2006 , also in Chełmek, the third plant was established. The company

Firma Maflow Polska employs currently about 2000 employees in its three production plants.

On 10 sierpnia 2010, Boryszew SA, a company publicly traded on Warsaw Stock Exchange, finalized a contract to acquire Maflow Polska Sp. z o.o. w upadłości likwidacyjnej. In this way, the company from Tychy, operating currently as Boryszew S. A. Oddział Maflow w Tychach, became a part of one of the largest industrial groups in Poland
